Olalude David Ayodeji, a top 2024 UTME scorer from Ogbomosho, Oyo State, has been awarded a ₦2.4 million scholarship by SQI College of ICT for professional training in Robotics Engineering.


A 2024 UTME candidate, Olalude David Ayodeji, who achieved the highest score across Ogbomosho Local Government Areas in Oyo State, has been awarded a ₦2.4 million scholarship by SQI College of ICT.
Ayodeji, a student at Deeper Life High School, scored an impressive 341 in the UTME and will now undergo a 12-month professional training program in Robotics Engineering at the college’s AI and Robotics Research Centre.
The scholarship was presented during a surprise visit to Ayodeji’s school, where the academic team from SQI College of ICT congratulated him, his parents, and the school for this remarkable achievement.
Dr. Adegbenro Sunday Ajani, the rector of SQI College, emphasized the institution’s dedication to nurturing talent and helping students succeed in the global technology industry. Since its founding in 2008, SQI College has trained over 15,000 students in various ICT disciplines, with many alumni securing positions at leading tech firms. The college, accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in 2021, offers Innovation Enterprise Institution (IEI) programs, awarding National Innovation Diplomas (NID) in fields like Computer Software and Hardware Engineering.
