Management notifies all parents, guardians, and staff that access to the venue for the ongoing Screening and Registration Exercise for newly admitted students is now restricted.
This measure is necessary to ensure the verification process runs smoothly and without interruption. Recently, increased human traffic in the venue has caused avoidable delays and congestion.
To maintain order and efficiency, only authorised staff directly involved in the verification exercise will be allowed access.
Additionally, this restriction is being implemented as part of broader security precautions. Limiting access will enable the institution to better manage movement, safeguard the sensitive documentation, and ensure a controlled environment that supports the integrity of the entire verification process and the safety of the students.
Parents, guardians, and staff are kindly advised to remain outside the restricted area unless officially invited or cleared by the appropriate authorities. Designated waiting areas have been provided for convenience, and further instructions will be communicated as necessary.
Management appreciates your understanding, cooperation, and support as we work towards a secure and seamless verification exercise.
