Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil, (KUST) Notice To All Faculty Of Science Students on Documents Screening and Clearance.

You may recall that there was a fire outbreak in the Deanery of the Faculty of Science which resulted in the destruction of all working materials including student’s records.

In an effort to retrieve the students’ records, the secretariat of the Faculty of Science writes and requests all students of level 200,300,400 and spill over to resubmit their previous registration documents to the Faculty secretariat as below!

RETURNING STUDENTS

Duly signed clearance form from level 100 to present level.
Duly signed Course Registration form from level 100 to present level.
Bio-data form from level 100 to present level
JAMB Result slip
Primary and secondary credentials,

FRESH STUDENTS

Fresh students (LEVEL 100) are required to come to the Faculty for registration and signing of CRF and afterward, bring copy of the following credentials for documentation:

Admission Letter
Clearance Form
Course Registration Form (CRF) duly signed by level coordinator and Faculty officer.
Bio Data Form
JAMB Result Slip/ DE slip
Primary certificate, O’level/A’ result slip (DE Students)
Birth Certificate and indigene certificate
Medical examination
Receipt (s) evidence of payment
One (1) passport photograph

Screening Deadline For Both Fresh and Returning Students

ALL LEVEL 100 AND 200 > MONDAY 14th- 18th November 2022 > 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM

ALL 300, 400 AND SPILL OVER

> MONDAY 21ST – 25TH NOVEMBER,2022 – 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

NOTE:

Students are advice to maintain the Date allocated to each level and failure to comply may attract a penalty.
