Meet Boaduwaa the overall best female student of petroleum engineering, UMaT

CURSORY: Boaduwaa, graduates from the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) as the overall best female petroleum engineering student

Boaduwaa Kwakye-Tannor’s goal had always been to work in the oil and gas industry, even before she graduated from St. Rose’s Senior High School.

After four years, she received her diploma at 15th Congregation of UMaT as the Overall Best Female Graduating Student.

One individual complimented Kwakye-Tannor in a remark on an Instagram post the institution made:

“Madame Boaduwaa Kwakye-Tannor, the 15th Congregation of the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa, created history by being named the Overall Best Female Graduating Student. Her cumulative weighted average (CWA) for her BSc in Petroleum Engineering was 88.01”.

The graduate of St Rose’s Senior High School, Kwakye-Tannor has always aspired to work in the oil and gas industry and become a well-known figure.

She thinks that in order for people to fulfill their life’s ambitions, they must work toward their dreams.

The prodigy, who majored in General Science before attending the University of Mines and Technology, is of the opinion that people must strive for their goals in life in order to realize their aspirations.

According to the university; “She encourages young girls that there is so much potential in them and that they owe it to themselves to let that potential shine.”
