Mercy Medical University, Iwara, Iwo, Osun State Nigeria is a private owned Medical University recently licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) on Friday, 9th June, 2023.

Admission Requirements:

Prospective candidates are required to have a UTME score of150 and above. It is mandatory for applicants to have chosen Mercy Medical University (MMU) as their first choice institution in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Candidates who did not initially select MMU are advised to effect a change of institution to MMU via the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) portal to be eligible.

MODE OF APPLICATION

All prospective candidates must have taken the 2026/2027 UTME Examination and obtained a minimum score of 150, while all candidates must have chosen Mercy Medical University as the University of First Choice or apply for a Change of Institution from JAMB Accredited CBT Centre or JAMB Office. The minimum qualification for Degree programmes is five (5) O’Level Credit in relevant subjects (ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY) at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO & NABTEB.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES :

Direct Entry prospective candidates must have obtained JAMB Direct Entry Form, five (5) relevant O’Level Credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings. Advance Level result (IJMB, JUBEP, National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit, Degree (relevant courses) from recognised Universities with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) and Cambridge Advance Level result.

How To Apply For Mercy Medical University Post-UTME 

Prospective candidates who must have chosen Mercy Medical University as the University of first choice should visit the

to download Admission Application Form while candidates who did not choose Mercy Medical University but willing to apply should visit JAMB Accredited CBT Centre or JAMB Office to apply for Change of Institution to Mercy Medical University as the university of first choice and thereafter visit the university website to apply for admission.

The Candidates who have successfully completed the admission form should forward it together with evidence of payment, JAMB and O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) to [email protected].

Inter University Transfer admission into 200 Level is also available across all the Degree Programmes of the University.
