National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu Admission Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu  admission forms for 2024/2025 academic session has been released. The Form Cost N22,500. Registration Closes On Fri. 30th August 2024. 

This is to inform the general public that applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the College of Nursing Sciences, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu for:

• General Nursing program
• Basic Midwifery program
• Orthopaedic Nursing program
• Burns and Plastic Nursing Program

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERAL NURSING AND BASIC MIDWIFERY PROGRAMS

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent (SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, GCE) with a minimum of five (5) credit s in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two sittings.
• Birth Certificate/declaration of age (Not Baptism Card)
• Testimonial from the last school attended.
• Marriage Certificate (if married)
• Original/photocopies of all relevant documents will be sighted during interview
• Three (3) recent passport photographs
• Mode of identification (NIN, PVC, Drivers License, International Passport).

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR POST BASIC PROGRAMS

Post Basic Candidates should submit their basic Nursing Certificates/Licenses in addition to above requirements.

How To Apply For National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu Admission Forms 

• The sale of form commences from Wed. 19th June 2024 at the College of Nursing Complex, NOH,Enugu.
• Admission Form/examination fee of N22,500 to be paid into National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu TSA account via remita.
• Generation of RRR can be done at the office of the College Bursar, or generated at online via http://www.remitta.net and follow the directives – Pay TSA & State – FGN – National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu – POS collection. Indicate “College of Nursing Science Form” as description.
• Visit the School with the evidence of payment and collect the application form from the registrar (office is open Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm).
• Application form can also be completed online via http://www.consnohe.org.ng.
• Completed forms should be returned to the College on or before Fri. 30th August 2024.
• The subjects for the entrance examination include: Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Details of the examination and interview will be communicated upon return of completed forms

• Examination by CBT on Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
