Federal Polytechnic, Nekede disclaimer Notice On Collection Of Transcript/Certificate by Proxy.


The attention of Management has again been drawn to a deceitful online publication issued by one Comr. Ebere Davidson G. who purportedly claimed to be the Chairman of Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri Alumni Congress.
The fraudster had In the purported publication stated Inter-alia “if you are in need of your National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate and Transcript reach .me immediately for swift processing” with 08162982464 as his contact number.
This is therefore, to alert the Public, our esteemed students in particular and the entire Polytechnic Community that the Institution has not mandated anyone or group to assist, collect, or arrange to collect certificates or transcripts by proxy.
Anyone desiring to get his or her certificate/transcript should apply directly to the Institution and not through a third party.
Moreover, the “Federal Polytechnic Nekede Alumni Congress” is not the body recognized by the Management of the Institution as the umbrella body of ex-students of the Institution.
Consequently, the public, our students and ex-students are warned to be very careful of these fraudsters in order not to fall victim to their antics, dubious and unpatriotic behavior or action. Please, all are advised to always visit the Institution’s website (www.fpno.edu.ng) for detailed information about the application and receipt of the Institution’s transcripts and certificates.
