Ladipo Motunrayo Boluwatife overcame multiple admission setbacks before earning a first-class nursing degree with a 4.63 CGPA, showcasing perseverance and determination in achieving her dreams.

Ladipo Motunrayo Boluwatife, a newly registered nurse and data analytics enthusiast, has shared her inspiring journey of perseverance and resilience after facing multiple setbacks before securing admission to study nursing.
After completing secondary school in 2017, Motunrayo struggled to gain admission into her desired course. Her first offer was for human kinetics, which she declined, choosing instead to take a gap year to reapply. Her second admission was for pharmacology—a course she reluctantly accepted while continuing to prepare for another attempt at the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
Despite the challenges of balancing her studies with her goal of switching to nursing, her determination paid off in 2019 when she was finally admitted to Olabisi Onabanjo University to study her dream course. Through hard work and commitment, she graduated with a 4.63 CGPA, earning the position of the second-best graduating student in her class.
Reflecting on her journey, Motunrayo emphasized that her success was driven by faith, diligence, and an unwavering commitment to her goals. She hopes her story will inspire others facing similar struggles, proving that perseverance can turn setbacks into success.
