The National Youth Service Corps NYSC has Warned Against Fake Online Video Promising Paid Postings, Reaffirms Free Deployment Services

The Management of National Youth Service Corps wishes to inform the general public especially parents, guardians and Prospective Corps Members about an online video, advertising series of Places of Primary Assignments with purportedly high renumeration for Corps Members.
Management hereby restates that the deployment, posting, relocation and other services for Corps Members during their service year are free of charge in NYSC, and do not attract any fee. Hence, the video in circulation did not emanate from the Scheme.
Similarly, relocation of Corps Members is strictly done based on request, on marital and health grounds as the case may be.
Our Stakeholders are by this medium advised to beware of online scams, and not to fall prey to the antics of those that may want to swindle them of their hard-earned money.
Official Information from the Scheme is always available on the NYSC social media platforms and Corps Members’ dashboards.
Management.
