A popular South African scholar, Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng has announced on her official Twitter handle that people should help her search for the little boy, Sibahle Zwane who multiples numbers in seconds.

The professor said she would like to pay for the boy’s school fees and help him develop his amazing mathematics and potential skills for the benefit of humanity and himself.
She later released another tweet, saying she has found the boy, telling people to ignore those who want to put the boy down.
She tweeted: “Help me get the details of this brilliant Math genius, I’d like to help him study at @UCTOnlineHigh School.
“His talent cannot be passed by! I want to pay for his studies to make it possible for him to access good education to enable him to use his talent to change the world!”
She further added that;
“Got them, thank you for your assistance🙏🏾
“I will ignore all the negative comments under this tweet, please don’t try to respond to them – whoever questions the intelligence of the young boy can do so at their own peril, nothing will change my mind.”

Twitter users react;
@LungheloNgoben: “Loll you guys think just because a person can do numbers they a genius?im not saying hes not just sayin that doesn’t prove anything..i can do all that with a calculator”
@Manelika2: “Not trying to be negative, prof. Doesnt the idea of “access to good education”suggest that the school he is in is not offering that? (I’m assuming he is in some schooling systems). Shouldnt the prof be pushing for the University to adopt the entire school he in, instead?”
@Linda_Einstein: “There Mathematica then there’s numbers, caz you good at arithmetic doesn’t mean you can do Mathematics. Calculus, applied Mathematics and statistics has little to do with arithmetic. I am not even hating”
@yezwe: “Why are people questioning his abilities. Adults here who can’t even do half of what he can process and he it’s self taught.”
@Amanda14820099: “What an amazing young man,he should be given every opportunity to rise and excel. How can there possibly be negative comments on this. Are we so programed to see everything as negative. I wish him every success and blessings on you for wanting to help“
