Rivers State Secondary Schools Academic Calendar for 2020/2021 Session is out.

The Rivers State Ministry of Education has released the proposed academic calendar for 2020/2021 sessions for all secondary schools in the state. See the schedule of activities below;

PROPOSED 2020/2021 SCHOOL CALENDAR FOR SECONDARY SCH0OL CLASSES

  1.  the First Term starts on Monday 16/11/2020 and ends on Friday 26/02/2021 – 13 weeks
  2. the Second Term starts on Monday 8/03/2021 and ends on Friday 4/06/2021 – 12 weeks
  3.  the Third Term starts on Monday 7/06/2021 and ends on Friday 10/09/2021 – 14 weeks
  4.  Mid Term Break starts on Friday 23/07/2021 and ends on Monday 26/07/2021 – 2 working days

NOTE:

  1. Academic Year 2021/2022 Starts Monday 13th September 2021.
  2.  Nursery and Primary Schools would have only virtual classes till further notice.
  3.  This Calendar may be modified as circumstances may dictate.
