UCH Ibadan Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2024/2025 is Out

University College Hospital Ibadan admission into Basic Midwifery for March 2024. Registration closes on Monday 8th April, 2024.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the above-named. School for a 3-year course in Basic Midwifery leading to licensing by the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria as Registered Midwife (RM). The course is designed to equip Registered Midwives with the theoretical underpinnings and skills required for providing safe and effective maternal/ child health services.

UCH Ibadan Basic Midwifery Admission Requirements:

  • Applicants should be aged 16 years and above at the time of application.
  • Possess at least five (5) O Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings of the same examination body of either WAEC or NECO, or NABTEB at one (1) sitting.

How to Apply for UCH Ibadan Basic Midwifery Admission Form

Application form is available beginning from Monday 25th March, 2024 through the UCH SCHOOLS PORTAL https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng. Interested individuals are to do the following:

  • Visit the UCH schools portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click REMITA PAYMENT button to make payment of Twenty Thousand Naira Only (N20,000.00)
  • After successful payment, candidates are to sign up with his/her RRR, Email and Password used for the payment.
  • Login with your Email and Password to continue the online application
  • Go to the portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng download the Applicants’ User Guide.
  • Follow instructions on the Applicants’ User Guide to input your data and submit your application online..
  • Print a copies of your form and Photocard and bring them to the examination center on the day of the examination.
  • Make a payment of another Two Hundred Naira (N200,00) only into Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account, First Bank Plc. 201970.4292

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Sales of form: Monday 25 March, 2024 Monday 8th April, 2024.
  • Examination Date: This will be communicated through email, SMS and Hospital’s website.
  • Examination Venue: Arch. Bamidele Olusegun Samson CBT Centre, University College Hospital, South Campus, Ibadan.

Only applicants with valid examination photocard will be allowed to write the CBT Entrance Examination.
