In view of the indiscriminate pasting of notices, memos, circulars, obituary posters and other information materials on walls and doors of offices and the University buildings, I am directed to request the immediate removal of all such documents by those who have put them up.

Staff are to please note that important as such sources of information may be to the University community, pasting them randomly helps to deface the UofA buidings, thereby showing the University in a bad light.
Henceforth, staff are advised to share their memos, circulars, documents, etc through electronic mail, designated notice boards and other recognized channels of internal communications in the University.
All official postings must be stamped by the Information and University Relations Unit.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Dr. Habib Yakoob
DR (Information and University Relations).
