UNICAL Post UTME Form 2023/2024 [UPDATED]

This is to inform all UTME and direct entry (DE) prospective students of the University of Calabar, (UNICAL) that the Post UTME and direct entry form is out.

LATEST UPDATE: UNICAL extends deadline for 2023 Post-UTME application

The Management wishes to inform the public that the portal for University of Calabar Post UTME 2023 registration has been extend to Sunday the 20th of August 2023.

Registration will start on  Monday, July 10th, 2023, and will be shut down at 12.00 midnight on Sunday the 20th of August 2023.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for UNICAL Post UTME Form.

Candidates eligible for the screening are:

1. Candidates that made the University of Calabar (UNICAL) as their FIRST choice in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
2. For an applicant to be eligible for the exercise, he/she must have scored 140 and above in the 2023 University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

How to Apply for UNICAL Post UTME Form.

Like we said earlier, you can purchase the form in two options. You just have to use the method that’s convenient to you!

1. E-transact option: This option is available in all commercial banks nationwide. At the bank, you are required to pay and obtain an E-transact PIN. With the PIN log into the portal http://www.myunical.edu.ng and click on the UTME Admission Screening link then follow the instructions on the portal after login.
2. Scratch Card Option: This option is available in the following banks within Calabar Metropolis ONLY:
   a. Unical Microfinance Bank
   b. WEMA Bank
   c. First city Monument Bank
   d. Heritage Bank

After obtaining the scratch card proceed as follows:

1. LOG ON TO: http://www.myunical.edu.ng and click on Screening UTME link
2. On the home page, enter your correct JAMB Registration NO in the box provided
3. Enter the scratch card pin in the box provided
4. Click on login and follow the online instructions.
5. Confirm your entries and CLICK ON SUBMIT
6. Print out the completed form.

UNICAL Post Utme Date

The screening test will now start on Monday the 28th of August 2023 to 2nd of September 2023. Candidates are strictly advised to ensure that their correct phone numbers are provided while filling the form online as the University will communicate with them directly.

Some Important Things to Know about UNICAL Post UTME?

NOTE:

1. Candidates are required to come with their original UTME result slips showing candidate’s photograph;
2. The Post UTME exercise is Computer Based Test (CBT)
3. Special candidate with any form of disability should please indicate during registration.

IT MUST BE FURTHER NOTED THAT:

• a.) Impersonation is a serious offence and anyone caught will be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agents and may be liable to up to 5 years imprisonment
• b.) Any candidate who fails to take part in the screening exercise automatically loses his or her chance of being considered for admission.
• c.) Early commencement of registration is advised to avoid congestion in the dying hours.
• d.) Candidates are advised to check the Portal from Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 for their venue and time of the CBT. Candidates are strictly advised to ensure that their correct phone numbers are provided while filling the form online as the University will communicate with them directly.
