The lecturer continued to stare in awe as the students, who were also carrying a cake, sang and danced to celebrate his birthday.
Three undergraduate students surprised their lecturer on his birthday by hiring a saxophonist to play for him, as seen in a little video posted by @owoblowtimbo.
The students entered the room with a saxophone player blasting it while lectures was on. They also had cake and a drummer.
Other class members could be seen pulling out their phones to record the scene in the TikTok video.
The professor was laughing so hard that he was unable to speak because he was so shocked.
A picture frame for him was also built by the pupils. The lecturer danced joyfully at some point in the video.
