Joy as 10 UNILAG Staff School Students Achieve Top Marks in International School Entrance Exams

University of Lagos Staff School pupils have excelled in the recently concluded International School entrance exams. Ten students achieved top scores, and their impressive results, shared on the school’s website, have garnered widespread admiration.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Folasade Ogunsola praised the students for their “sterling performance” and urged them to strive for greatness.

University of Lagos Staff School students showcased remarkable academic talent by securing leading positions in the entrance exams for the International School, University of Lagos (ISL). The top-performing students claimed three out of the top five positions and seven out of the top ten, exemplifying the saying “the morning shows the day.”

The school management announced these achievements in a post on its X page, as seen by Legit.ng on Tuesday, May 28.

The top three scorers were:

  1. Ekejiuba Oluchi – 91%
  2. Olaniyan Mutmainah – 91%
  3. Longe Abdulwahab – 91%

The next highest scorers were:

  1. Sunmonu Wuraola – 90%
  2. Otunikan Oluwadarasimi – 87%
  3. Oseghale Ehimen – 87%
  4. Ekwere Abasiofanama – 86%
  5. Ifezue Blossom – 86%
  6. Bakare Abdulrafiu – 86%
  7. Adeleye Abubakar – 86%

Vice-Chancellor Professor Folasade Ogunsola congratulated the top performers and encouraged them to continue excelling in their academic pursuits.
