Zamfara State University Talata-Mafara (ZAMSUT) Registration Procedure for 2023/2024 Newly Admitted Students.

The management of the Zamfara State University, Talata-Mafara (ZAMSUT) has released the registration procedure for the students admitted during the 2023/2024 academic session.

The following are guidelines for 2023/2024 session Undergraduate Registration Exercise:

The following are guidelines for undergraduate registration exercise 2023/2024 session:

• Candidates admitted into Zamfara State University, Talata Mafara are; first and foremost, required to logon to www.sis.zamsut.edu.ng using their Jamb number as “user name” and “password“;
• Upon login, candidates should click on “My Account” to change his/her password if required, if not just proceed to the next step;
• Click on “Applicant” tab, then click on “Evidence of Admission” where he/she will be congratulated for securing admission and will be requested to proceed and generate remita invoice for payment of “Acceptance fee, Verification fee and TSHIP fee” totaling Ten Thousand naira (N10,000.00) only payable to any commercial bank:
• After making the payment, candidates are required go back to the website and verify their payment by clicking on “Verify payment” link
• If your payment is successfully verified, you will be able to print your payment receipt for the Acceptance, verification and TSHIP fees; and then
• Proceed to Confirmation of Admission Venue/Centre for screening and collection of confirmation letter:
• After collection of confirmation of admission, logon back to the website to generate remita invoice for payment of “Registration Fees” payable to any commercial bank;
• Thereafter, students would then be required to back to the website and verify their payment by clicking on “Verify payment” link and then print payment receipt;
• Upon a successful verification of payment, a student is required to click on “registration” link under “course” tab to register his/her courses.
• Obtain registration materials/forms, fill and then return for signing at academic division
• Visit Bursary department for signing and stamp on your form 02 and payment receipt
• Students are finally expected to collect three (3) extra files, fill and make copies of ALL their credentials and registration materials/forms for the files and distribute same to Student Affairs officer, Faculties and Departments.
