This is to inform the general public that the sale of Online Application Forms for admission into Basic Midwifery, Basic Midwifery (Direct Entry) and Community Midwifery programmes commences on Friday 12th January, 2024 and ends on Tuesday, 20th February, 2024.

CONAMKAT Admission Requirements
Candidate must possess at least five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB. Combination of NABTEB and other examination bodies is not allowed.
ELIGIBILITY
- Basic Midwifery and Basic Midwifery or Nursing (Direct Entry): Must be a Registered Community Midwife / Nurse and possess at least five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WAEC, NECO or WAEC/NECO or NABTEB
- Community Midwifery: Must possess at least four (4) credits at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language, Biology and any two in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WAEC, NECO or WAEC/NECO or NABTEB
