Lead City University, Ibadan Orientation Programme For Freshers 2025/2026.


A 2-Day Orientation Programme for Freshers (100L & Direct Entry/Conversion) for the 2025/2026 session has scheduled according to faculties/college above
All students are expected to be part of this all important programme. They are also expected to register before the commencement of the programme on each day applicable.
Lead City University warmly welcomes all 100L and Direct Entry students, 200L (Direct Entry), and 300L (Conversion) to the 2025/2026 Orientation Programme happening on Monday, 24th November 2025 at The Adeline Hall from 10:00am – 3:00pm.
This essential event is designed to help you settle in, understand university life, and get acquainted with key campus resources.
Sessions:
- First Session (Time: 10:00am – 12 noon)
- The Faculties of: Arts, Education, Communication & Info. Sciences, Environmental Design & Mgt., Management & Social Sciences, Law, JUPEB
Second Session (Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm)
- The Faculties of: Medicine & Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering & Technology, Natural & Applied Sciences
Important Notice:
All freshers are expected to register between 8:30am – 9:45am. Attendance is compulsory.
Let’s begin this academic journey together, the proper way at Lead City University!
This planned orientation programme is a statutory University event, apart from the matriculation ceremony. It serves as a veritable platform for general information and through which the freshers will be introduced to some principal officers of the university and get familiarised with the university vision, mission, core values and culture of the University.
During the orientation, different speakers will amplify and interpret the current University’s expectations of studentship – from JAMB issues, central registration, fees and financial regulations, exams and records to general students’ welfare and resources, security regulations, sports and recreational privileges.
NOTE:
The University will not condone absenteeism. Any student that does not register and attend this programme will be sanctioned by the University.
