Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma AAU Notice On Discontinuation of the manual preparation of results.

It would be recalled that the University Management at an expanded meeting involving Deans of Faculty and Heads of Department, held on Thursday, 23rd February, 2023, approved that the results of the 2020/2021 academic session as well as outstanding results from previous sessions be prepared manually. This was as a result of the temporary shutting down of the Kofa and the need for the timely mobilisation of graduates for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Now that the Kofa has been reactivated and the mobilisation for the NYSC has been concluded, Management wishes to direct the immediate discontinuation of the manual preparation of results. This discontinuation is with effect from Monday, 26th June 2023. All unprocessed results as well as manually processed results already approved on behalf of the Senate should be uploaded to the Kofa.
Going forward, only results produced through the automation process on Kofa will be considered by all boards and the University Senate.
Deans of Faculty and Heads of Department are, by this directive, requested to ensure compliance by Examination Officers and result processing officers. This would also bring to an end the assignment of the University Results Validation Committee.
The University Management wishes to thank the Chairman and members of the Results Validation Committee for the services rendered during the period.
Thank you.
