This is to inform the public especially YABATECH graduands anxiously waiting to see the schedule of events for the 37th convocation ceremony that the school management of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has finally released the programme of events for the 37th convocation ceremony.
Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), the premier tertiary institution in Nigeria, has announced the celebration of its 37th Convocation Ceremony, scheduled to hold on Thursday, 20th November, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The prestigious event, which will take place at the Dr. Phillip Adegbile Sport Pavilion, will feature the award of diplomas, certificates, prizes, and fellowships to deserving graduates and honourees.
The Special Guest of Honour for the occasion is Dr. Tunde Alausa, the Honourable Minister of Education, who will join the college community in recognizing the outstanding achievements of the graduating students.
The ceremony will be hosted by the Rector, Dr. Engr. Ibrahim Adedotun Abdul, alongside Mrs. Henrietta Adebola Badejo, the Registrar of the institution.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Rector expressed pride in the college’s continued commitment to excellence in technical and vocational education, reaffirming YABATECH’s position as a leading institution in the country.
