The Acting Vice Chancellor of the University of Cross River State, Prof. Stephen Ochang has declared that students who are yet to pay their school fees for the 2023/24 Academic Session will not be allowed to write the Second Semester Examination.

This is to bring to the attention of all stakeholders in the University of Cross River State that all students are REQUIRED to update their profiles and register their courses on the University Edu-portal with effect from Wednesday, 19th June, 2024 to Friday 5th July, 2024. Attendance lists for the forthcoming examination will be generated automatically from the online registration. The implication is that, if a student does not pay fees, he or she will not be able to register for courses. Without registration for courses, the student’s name will not be on the computer-generated attendance list. If the student’s name is not on the attendance list, he or she will not be able to write the second Semester Examination which commences on Monday, 15th July, 2024.
Management appeals to all stakeholders to please treat the contents of this circular with the seriousness and urgency it deserves, and take the action prescribed above within the time given when the portal will stay open.
Management will be hamstrung and unable to respond to any pleas after the portal has been closed.
Please, be well guided.
