Dental School Enugu Post UTME Form: Federal University of Allied Health Sciences Enugu (formerly Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy Enugu) Post UTME Form for 2024/2025 Session is Out. Candidates who did not choose the school can apply. Cut-off mark is 150 for ND Programmes. The Form cost N2,000. Registration closes on November 29, 2024

Dental School Enugu Post UTME Form

This is to inform the general public that registration for the Post-UTME Screening exercise of theFederal University of Allied Health Sciences Enugu (formerly Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy Enugu), has commenced.

This is to notify interested candidates who must have scored 150 and above in the 2024 UTME and who made the College their first choice institution in Their JAMB application in the underlisted programmes;

The under-listed are available courses in the dental school Enugu.

  • Biomedical Engineering Technology
  • Dental Nursing
  • Dental Technology
  • Dental Therapy
  • Social Works
  • Public Health
  • Prosthetics and Orthotics.

For admission into Bachelor degree and Higher National Diploma programmes: Candidates are advised to visit the College website for more information. https://fedcodtten.edu.ng/

Available degree programmes are in affiliation with the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) 

Candidates Eligible to Apply for dental School Enugu Post UTME Form

Candidates must have chosen FCDT&T, Enugu in JAMB UTME.

  • Candidate must possess five (5) O’level credits in English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings.
  • Candidates must have scored not less than 150 in the JAMB UTME.
  • Any other interested /eligible Candidate qualified for (2) and (3) above.
  • Candidates who did not choose the school in JAMB UTME can apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Prospective candidates who scored a minimum of 150 but did not choose Federal college of Dental Technology and Therapy, Enugu (FEDCODTTEN) as their First choice institution, but wish to study in FEDCODTTEN are eligible to apply for Post-Utme however such candidates must effect change of institution/course to FEDCODTTEN on JAMB portal as soon as possible

Prospective candidates who may wish to register for the Post-UTME at the FEDCODTTEN ICT point should visit:

  • The College ICT centre within the campus OR any other location
  • During registration, candidates are strongly advised to use GSM numbers and emails that are easily accessible to them. This is important for fast and easy communication.
  • Candidates are also to note that any wrong entry may lead to Automatic disqualification hence the need for carefulness and sincerity in data entry is of utmost importance

How to Apply for Dental School Enugu Post UTME

Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000 only.To register, follow the steps outlined below

  • Visit the College portal https://portal.fedcodtten.edu.ng/
  • Navigate APPLICATION FORMS.
  • Click on 2024/2025 Application.
  • Click on Generate Payment invoice.
  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
  • Click on Application type to select your programme type as appropriate.
  • Fill in your details as required.
  • Click on submit to generate Payment Invoice.
  • Proceed to any bank for payment with your Remita number.
  • After payment, return to the College portal, follow steps 1,2,3 as aforementioned and click on Complete Application Form.
  • Enter your Remita number and proceed with the completion of the form.
  • Submit your application and print out your application slip

Please NOTE that the College shall not be liable for:

  • Any payment made into a wrong account number 
  • Registration with an invalid JAMB Registration Number
  •  Generating a fraudulent Remita Invoice/Receipt or making any fraudulent payment 

Nature of the Screening Exercise

The 2024/2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise shall be based on verified JAMB scores and WAEC/GCE/NECO uploaded on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

6. Important Notices: number and e-mail address for further communications.

a. You must enter a valid mobile

b. You must upload your O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL, NOT LATER THAN Novenber 29th, 2024.

c. Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Exercise.

d. ONLY candidates who successfully submit applications online would be considered for admission.

e. Candidate must be 16 years and above.

f. FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to 6a & 6b

  • Kindly ensure that your academic transcript reaches The Registrar, Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy, Enugu NOT LATER THAN Novenber 29th, 2024.
  • ANY candidate who fails to submit his/her academic transcript would not be considered for Admission.

CLOSING DATE: Application Commences on August 21th, 2024 and closes on November 29th, 2024.
