Kaduna State University Alumni has Awarded Scholarships to Deserving Students.


In a remarkable display of generosity and commitment, the Kaduna State University Alumni Association, led by its President, Abdulhadi Abdullahi, has awarded scholarships to deserving students. The prestigious ceremony, held on campus, was graced by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi I. Musa, alongside the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Prof. Yushau I. Ango; Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Prof. Muhammad Bashir Ali; Registrar, Barr. Samira Balarabe; Bursar, Hajiya Hauwau M. Dalhat; and the scholarship team.
The scholarships were awarded based on merit, recognizing students who demonstrated exceptional academic performance, talent, and financial need. The Alumni Association emphasized that the selection process was rigorous and impartial, ensuring that only the most deserving students received the awards.
Speaking at the event, Prof. Musa highlighted the crucial role of scholarships in easing students’ financial burdens and promoting academic excellence. He commended the Alumni Association for their generosity and unwavering support for the university.
The Registrar encouraged the recipients to remain dedicated to their studies, stressing that the award was not just a recognition of past achievements but also a challenge to strive for greater academic success.
Representatives of the Alumni Association reaffirmed their commitment to giving back to KASU, expressing their desire to continue supporting students and strengthening the university’s legacy.
