FUAHSE Post UTME Form 2026/2027 is Out. The cut-off mark is 150 and the closing date is August 19, 2026.


Application are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Federal University of Allied Health Sciences (FUAHSE) 2026/2027 Admission through UTME (100 Level) and Direct Entry. This application process commences 8th June, 2026 and closes August 19, 2026. UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 150 in the 2026 JAMB examination.

Eligibility for Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu
- Candidates who did not choose FUAHSE as their first choice university but scored a minimum of 150 can apply, provided they visit the JAMB website to change their institution.
2. Mode of Payment and Registration Procedure
- Payment:
- UTME Candidates: Pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) via the University portal.
- Direct Entry Candidates: Purchase the Direct Entry form for a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) via the University portal.
- Registration Steps:
a. Visit the University website: https://eportal.fuahse.edu.ng
b. Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate a payment invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
c. Proceed to any bank with the payment invoice or pay using your ATM card.
d. Return to the University portal.
e. Click on “Apply” to complete your application form.
f. Correctly enter your O’Level results.
g. Confirm the information you entered.
h. Submit your application.
i. Print out your acknowledgment slip.
j. Await further communication from the University.
Candidates who complete the registration process will receive a link to upload their O’Level credentials for screening.

3. Nature of the Screening Exercise
The 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise will be based on verified JAMB scores and WAEC/GCE/NECO results uploaded on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
Important Notices
- a. You must provide a valid mobile number and email address for further communication.
- b. You must upload your O’Level results on the JAMB PORTAL no later than August 19, 2026.
- c. Candidates who fail to register within the specified period will not be qualified for the exercise.
- d. Only candidates who successfully submit applications online will be considered for admission.
- e. Candidates must be 16 years or older.
- f. It is the candidate’s responsibility to regularize with JAMB if necessary.
For Direct Entry Candidates (Additional Requirements):
- Ensure your academic transcript reaches The Registrar, Federal University of Allied Health Sciences, Enugu, no later than August 19, 2026.
- Any candidate who fails to submit their academic transcript will not be considered for admission.
