A little girl’s confident claim that Jesus was born in Nigeria made her fail her CRS exam but left her mum and social media users laughing after the video went viral.

A Nigerian mother has left many social media users in stitches after sharing how her young daughter confidently failed a Christian Religious Studies (CRS) exam by insisting that Jesus was born in Nigeria.
According to the mother, who posted the incident on TikTok as @toviaofure1, the little girl performed excellently in all her subjects but got the CRS question wrong because she relocated the birthplace of Jesus from Bethlehem to Nigeria — with full conviction.
In the viral video, the mum quizzed her daughter at home to confirm whether the exam mistake was intentional. The girl answered several Bible-related questions correctly. But when asked again where Jesus was born, she confidently replied: “Jesus was born in Nigeria.”
Her mother burst into laughter, joking that her daughter must have moved Jesus from Bethlehem to Lagos.
The hilarious moment sparked reactions online, with one commenter teasing, “Maybe Jesus did NYSC in Nigeria. Give her some marks.” Another joked, “This child is from the tribe of confidence. No shaking.”
Despite getting the answer wrong, many Nigerians agreed that her boldness alone deserves an A+, and the clip has provided premium entertainment across social platforms.
