Federal Polytechnic Ede announces availability of certificate for graduates


The Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State, has announced that certificates for eligible graduates are now ready for collection. According to an internal memo issued by the Office of the Registrar and Secretary to the Governing Council, the decision follows a directive of the Governing Council at its 72nd meeting. The announcement was made available to all staff, students, and members of the polytechnic community.
Affected graduates have been advised to proceed to the Exams and Records Unit to collect their certificates. The management emphasized that graduates must come with the required means of identification and any supporting documents needed for verification to ensure a smooth and orderly collection process.
The institution expressed appreciation to the polytechnic community for their patience and cooperation during the period when challenges associated with certificate processing were being resolved. The Governing Council also commended the collective efforts that led to the successful resolution of these issues.
For further clarification or assistance, graduates were advised to contact the designated officer in the Registrar’s office.
The memo, dated December 10, 2025, was signed by the Registrar and Secretary to the Governing Council.
