GOMSU Notice on Unauthorized Use of its Name & Logo on Social Media Platforms.


Gombe State University (GOMSU) has observed with serious concern the unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, and creation of the University’s name, logo, crest, as well as the establishment of social media accounts, publications, and related materials bearing the identity or any identifiable insignia of the University without proper authorization.
Accordingly, the general public is hereby strictly directed to desist immediately from creating, managing, promoting, or circulating any social media platform, publication, or material bearing the University’s name, logo, crest, or identity without prior written approval from the appropriate University authorities.
All individuals, groups, or organizations currently operating such unauthorized platforms are hereby required to immediately withdraw, deactivate, and remove them.
Failure to comply with this directive shall attract appropriate legal and administrative actions in accordance with applicable laws and University regulations.
Gombe State University remains committed to safeguarding the integrity of its official identity and communication channels and will ensure full compliance with this directive.
