The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Offa (UNIOFFA), Professor Kazeem Alagbe Gbolagade has approved the appointment of Dr. Emmanuel Oyewole Lambe, PhD (Kwasu), MNIAA, MCPA, as Sub-Dean of the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences.


Dr. Lambe is a distinguished Nigerian political scientist specializing in security governance, political economy, and public policy analysis in Africa.
Dr. Lambe holds a Ph.D. in Political Science, an M.A. in International Relations and Strategic Studies, and a B.Sc. in Political Science, all from Kwara State University, Malete.
He also completed his secondary education at Medias College, Alimosho, Lagos State.
His academic training has provided a strong foundation for his extensive research and teaching career across multiple institutions.
He currently serves as a Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Offa and has contributed extensively to national and international peer-reviewed journals on governance, democratic accountability, and conflict management.
He is a committed educator and researcher. His teaching and research interests span security studies, political economy, public administration, and research methodology in the social sciences.
Dr. Lambe is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs and the Chartered Institute of Public Administrators and Local Government.
Dr. Lambe has served in various academic capacities, including Lecturer II at the University of Offa, Assistant Lecturer at Ahman Pategi University, Adjunct Lecturer II at Newland Polytechnic, Ilorin, and Ad-hoc Lecturer at Kwara State University.
He has taught a wide range of courses in Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, and Governance, including Nigerian Peoples and Culture, Principles of Government and Administration, Political Behaviour, Nigerian Foreign Policy, Foreign Policy Analysis, Comparative Public Administration, and National Security and Strategic Studies.
Dr. Lambe has also held academic leadership roles such as Departmental Secretary, Project Coordinator, and External Manuscript Reviewer.
His research focuses on security governance, conflict management, political economy, public policy, and state legitimacy in Africa.
Dr. Lambe has received recognition through grants and scholarships, including the RUDN International Academic Short Course Scholarship in 2026 for “Implementing Ethical AI in Academic Research and Writing.”
His contributions continue to advance scholarship, academic excellence, and institutional development within the University of Offa and beyond.
The University of Offa congratulates Dr. Lambe on his appointment as Sub-Dean and looks forward to his leadership, guidance, and continued contributions to the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences and the institution as a whole.
