UNIZIK Direct Entry Form 2022/2023 is Out [UPDATED]

This is to inform the general public especially candidates interested in Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) that the school’s direct entry form is out. Registration starts 15th January and will end Three weeks After.

RECOMMENDED: UNIZIK Post UTME Form.

According to the management, candidates/applicants who choose the school as first choice or who have effected changes of switching to the school recently, should ensure that their academic transcript slip is submitted to the Registrar, Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), AWKA also with hard copies of their Jamb E-slip, O’level Results, OND/HND/First Degree or A’level Results to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) on or before Friday 13th January, 2023.

The Management also warned that any candidate whose transcript is not received before the stipulated period will not be considered for admission.

Candidates who are yet to effects changes on their Jamb Portal to the School, should ensure such changes are done on or before 13th January, 2023 as the management will cease to accept changes after the said date.

ELIGIBILITY FOR UNIZIK DIRECT ENTRY

a. Candidates who applied for the Direct entry admission into Nnamdi Azikiwe University
OR 

Candidates who applied to any of the affiliate institutions:

1. Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, Anambra State
2. Enugu State College of Education (Technical) Enugu State
3. Pope John Paul Seminary Okpuno, Anambra State
4. Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, Delta State

How to Apply for UNIZIK Direct Entry Form.

1. Visit portal.unizik.edu.ng
2. Click on ‘ Create Account’
3. Enter your UTME REG Number and a valid email address and click ‘Send’. A verification code will be sent to your email
4. Copy the verification code and click on ‘Continue’
5. On the form, enter your phone number, password, verification code (copied from email), select the access level and click on ‘ Submit’
6. Your login details will be sent to your email address
7. Continue with the application by logging in with the login credentials sent to your email
8. After successful login, click on ‘Step One’, click on ‘Generate Application Form RRR’
9. Print the RRR (Remita) page, proceed to any bank of your choice nationwide to make a payment of N2,000 only
10. Login to the portal, click on ‘Step Two’, click on ‘Confirm payment’, enter the RRR number and click on ‘Verify payment’. If payment notification ‘Payment already verified’, then proceed to “Step Three”.
11. Click on ‘Step Three’, click on ‘Fill Application Form’, Fill out the application form. You can save each stage of the application and continue at a later Also, you can edit your information as often as possible within  the  application period.
12. Check the ‘I Agree’ box and click on “submit” button.
13. Print out the Application Form and come along with it for your screening and POST UTME / DE.

UNIZIK Direct Entry Screening Dates: The Registration is also expected to last for three weeks.

Please Note the Following:

1. The University will not be liable for any payment made with wrong JAMB registration number at the Bank.
2. The University shall also not be liable for any fraudulent payments made anywhere that is not in line with the directives of the University.
3. Candidates must ensure that their Academic Transcripts is forwarded to the address below:
   The Registrar,
   Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka
   Anambra State
4. Transcripts must be sent to the above address on date to be announced later
5. Any candidates whose transcripts is not received on or before the announced date will not be considered for admission.
