Ahmad’s journey began when he met Mr. Alan Maiyaki, a civil servant from Edo State, who enrolled him in primary school and supported his education. Ahmad’s mother, Halima Isa, is overjoyed that her youngest child is the family’s first graduate.
“I never believed my son would acquire Western education,” she said. Ahmad now runs a tailoring shop in Dutse and has completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Ahmad’s story highlights the impact of compassion and equal opportunities. His benefactor, Mr. Maiyaki, believes in the potential of every Nigerian child. Malam Hassan Yalawawa, Ahmad’s Islamic teacher, says Ahmad’s journey proves that love and understanding can achieve greatness.
