AKISAN 2024 Undergraduate Scholarship Application. The closing date is on March 31, 2024


AKISAN USA, INC is pleased to announce its scholarship program for Akwa Ibomites currently pursuing higher education in Nigeria. This scholarship aims to support students enrolled in various institutions, including Colleges of Education, Polytechnics, Maritime Academy, and Universities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Academic Performance: Applicants must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) as follows:
- GPA 3.5 and Above: Award amount of N100,000
- GPA 3.0 – 3.49: Award amount of N75,000
- GPA 2.5 – 2.99: Award amount of N50,000
Selection Process:
- The scholarship will be awarded to two qualified applicants from each of the 31 Local Government Areas of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
Application Process:
- Interested applicants must complete the online application form available on the AKISAN web portal.
- Required Documents: Applicants must submit the following documents along with their application:
- Certificate of origin
- Transcript from the 2023 or most recent school year for undergraduate students.
- West African Examinations Council (WAEC) result for 1st-year undergraduate students only
CLOSING DATE: The deadline for submitting applications is March 31, 2024.
Note: Past recipients of the AKISAN scholarship are not eligible to apply.
