Akwa-Ibom State School of Nursing Admission Form for the 2022/2023 Academic Session is now on sale. Apply on or before 19th August 2022. The form cost a total of N14,000 and N16,000 for indigenes and non-indigenes respectively.


Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into Schools of Nursing in Akwa Ibom State for the Basic Nursing Programme 2022.
Registration: Commences from Monday 11th July, 12th August 2022 between the hours of 8:30 am-3:00 pm daily except on public holidays and weekends.
Venue: Registration will ONLY take place at Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health, Headquarters, Idongest Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo
Qualification: WASSCE, GCE OR NECO with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics in not more than two sittings

Requirements for Registration
i. Three recent Colour passport photographs
ii. Original and two photocopies of each of the following:
- Educational Certificates FSLC, WASSCE, GCE OR NECO.
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- -Change of name (if applicable)
iii. Age (16 years and above)
Date of Entrance Examination: Saturday 20th August, 2022
