The Registrar of Gboko Polytechnic invites applications from qualified candidates into the National Diploma and Higher National Diploma both for Regular and Weekend Programmes for the 2024/2025 Academic session.

Gboko Polytechnic Courses

Following are the courses now available:

  • ND/HND Accountancy
  • ND/HND Business Administration
  • ND/HND Public Administration
  • Diploma in Law and Legal Studies
  • ND/HND Mass Communication
  • ND/HND Computer Science
  • ND/HND Computer Engineering Technology
  • ND/HND Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology
  • ND/HND Statistics
  • ND/HND Science Laboratory Technology
  • ND/HND Library and information Science

ELIGIBILITY

Minimum Entry Qualification

  • All admissions are through JAMB and candidates must have JAMB score of at least 100 in the recent JAMB examination.
  • All prospective candidates for 2024/2025 Academic session who choose Gboko Polytechnic; Gboko should proceed to the main campus of the Polytechnic at Km 5 Captain Dawnes’ Road Gboko Benue State for screening and registration.
  • Deficiency in entry qualifications can be remedied while at the institution. This means candidates who failed a subject can resit for the course while in school.
  • All prospective candidates who did not sit for JAMB or choose Gboko Polytechnic but wish to seek for admission can contact the Admission Officer at the Polytechnic for guidance.

How to Apply for Gboko Poly Admission

Application instructions:

  1. You are required to fill a pre-application form online and make payment (with your credit/debit card) or at the bank before completing the application online
  2. On the pre-application form, you will be required to choose the course you want to apply for and fill in your surname, other names, phone number and also choose a password.
  3. After filling and submitting the pre-application form online, an invoice will be generated for you to make payment online or present at the bank to make your payment for application.
  4. After payment, you are expected to visit the school’s website to complete and submit your application
  5. Come with printed forms on the day of screening that will be announced by Gboko Polytechnic Management
