The information below is for the last academic session. We will update it when this year’s own comes out.

This is to inform all 2023/2024 prospective candidates who chose Al-Qalam University as their first choice that the 1st and 2nd Batch Admission List is out and they are to fill out the necessary screening form at the University portal and present their credentials to the University. This is to enable the University to screen suitable and qualified candidates for the 2023/2024 Admission.

NOTE: The admission is subject to satisfying the following conditions:

• A candidate MUST ensure that his O’ Level result is uploaded onto JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
• Each candidate MUST track the process of his admission through JAMB Central Admission Processing System until he secures JAMB admission letter.
• He must fill an APPLICATION FORM through the University portal and provide necessary information that would facilitate communication between the candidate and the University up to the time of securing JAMB admission letter.

Please be informed that failure to upload O’ Level results on JAMB admission portal will prevent candidates from securing admission into the University.

Check Admission Status on JAMB CAPS Admission Portal:

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!
