The Management of Auchi Polytechnic has released the adjusted academic calendar for 2nd semester of the 2019/2020 academic session, School of Evening Studies (SES).

The calendar is as shown below;
- 1. 1st February, 2021: Continuation of Lectures for the Second Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Session
- 2. 5th March, 2021: Submission of Course Work/Test Scores
- 3. 2nd April, 2021: Good Friday
- 4. 4th April, 2021: Easter Sunday
- 5. 5th April, 2021: Easter Monday
- 6. 12th April, 2021: Commencement of the Second Semester Examinations (2019/2020 Academic Session)
- 7. 30th April, 2021: Second Semester Examinations End
- 8. 13th May, 2021: Id el Fitr
- 9. 17th May, 2021: Departmental Consideration of the Semester Examination Results Board Meetings 2019/2020 Second for the
- 10. 19th May, 2021: School Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2019/2020 Second Semester Examination Results
- 11. 25th- 27th May, 2021: Meetings Consideration of the 2019/2020 Second Academic Board for the Semester Results
- 12. 31st May, 2021 Resumption for the 2020/2021 Academic Session
