The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia (FUASK), Kaduna State, Nigeria has warned against Fake Social Media Posts on Admission Cut-Off Marks

The rise of social media has made it easier for misinformation to spread, and the Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kaduna (FUASK) is not immune to this challenge.
Recently, fraudulent WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages have been circulating false information about admission cut-off marks, claiming to represent the university’s official stance.
The public is hereby cautioned that these sources are not authorized by FUASK and should not be trusted. In particular, it has been confirmed that the Vice Chancellor does not operate a Facebook account, and any account claiming otherwise is fake.
This misinformation can mislead prospective students and their families, causing confusion and potentially derailing academic plans.
To ensure the accuracy of any information regarding FUASK’s admission processes or cut-off marks, the university urges the public to rely solely on verified channels.
Official announcements are made through FUASK’s authorized platforms, and any claims found on social media should be cross-checked with the institution directly.
The Registrar’s office serves as the primary point of contact for verifying such details, and inquiries can be sent to [email protected]. This proactive step ensures that students and stakeholders receive accurate and timely information, safeguarding them from falling victim to scams or misleading posts.
