The Vice-Chancellor Borno State University, Professor Babagana Gutti, has initiated a groundbreaking three-day portal training program aimed at revolutionizing the Institution’s data management and result processing systems.

Declaring the training open, Professor Gutti said, the newly developed Web for external and Portal for internal use, are aimed at easing cost of doing business especially by Principal Officers,bDean’s,bHODs as well other units of the University.
He therefore enjoined participants to avail themselves with the new portal. The newly developed portal is designed to integrate all students data and results into a single, accessible platform.
This digital transformation is expected to significantly streamline administrative tasks, reduce paperwork, and improve the overall quality of service delivery within the university.
By centralizing data management, the portal will enable real-time access to critical information, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
The portal’s dashboard is tailored to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders, including the VC, DVCs, Registrars, Deans, Directors, HODs, exams officers, and course lecturers. Each dashboard empowers users to manage student data and upload results seamlessly, eliminating manual processes and enhancing productivity.
By investing in the training of both teaching and non-teaching staff, Professor Gutti is ensuring that the university community is well-equipped to harness the full potential of this cutting-edge technology.
