School of Nursing Sokoto Form: College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto Admission Form for 2025/2026 is now on sale. The cut-off mark is 160. The application form cost N10,000. The closing date is 23rd July, 2025.


This is to inform the general public that, the commencement of the sales of admission Form into ND/HND NURSING for 2025/2026 academic session.
NATIONAL DIPLOMA AND HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NURSING
Procedure for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) is as follows:-
1. Candidate should have scored a minimum of 160 marks in the 2025 JAMB
2. Candidate should have a minimum of credit pass in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings at O/level, WAEC and NECO.
- Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
3. Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to College of Nursing, Sciences, Sokoto.
4. Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under listed on the portal during registration to purchase the post UTME FORM then come along with the following to the POST UTME EXAM.
- JAMB result slip
- JAMB change of institution slip
- WAEC/NECO results
Ensure you upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)

How to Apply for Collge of Nursing Sokoto Admission
NOTE: The application form cost a total of N10,000. Fees are not refundable after payment!
- Go to https://sis.conssokoto.edu.ng/
- Click on Apply for Admission
- Fill in the form given here by the right by submitting your Name, Email and Phone number
- Click on the “create” button to create your account information.
- Print the login details displayed after clicking “create” button in step(2) above
- Go back to the school portal at ” https://sis.conssokoto.edu.ng”, enter the username and password printed in the step (3) above and click on “ login” button.
- Click on the “Applicant” tab at the left hand side of the screen to print an invoice for form fee and portal access fee.
- Take the invoice to any of the following banks to make payment
- Firstbank
- Fidelity bank
- Heritage bank
- Polaris bank
- Stambic IBTC bank
- Go back to the school portal at ” https://sis.conssokoto.edu.ng”, enter the username and password printed in the step (3) above and click on “ login” button.
- Click on the “Applicant” tab at the left hand side of the screen and click on the link “Continue with application” to fill the form.
- Make sure to print the form for reference porpose.
