• Five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology obtained in WAEC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB. These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings. Management notes that NABTEB results stand alone and cannot be combined with other examination bodies.
• Evidence of the 2026 JAMB score sheet.
• Two recent passport-sized photographs taken against a white background.
• First School Leaving Certificate.
• Certificate of Birth or a sworn affidavit of age declaration.

The total application cost consists of a non-refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) and an administrative fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000).
