Emirates College Of Health Sciences and Technology (ECOHSAT) is pleased to announce that it has received official confirmation of full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for its Degree programs in Community Health and Public Health.
This significant milestone underscores the college’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence and its dedication to producing skilled health professionals ready to meet the growing public health needs.
The accreditation follows a comprehensive and meticulous evaluation by the NUC team in January 2025 which assessed the college’s academic curriculum, staff strength, learning infrastructure, and overall institutional capacity to deliver quality education in these vital health fields.
The Provost Dr Shuaibu Suleiman while reacting to this development said ‘Let me start by expressing gratitude to Allah SWT for making it possible to achieve this milestone, I want to specifically express my gratitude to the staff of the Directorate of Degree programs for their hard work and dedication in achieving this feat and also thank the entire management, staff and students for their contribution to our shared goal.
Like the popular saying the reward of hard work is more work, we are assuring the general public that our commitment to academic excellence has been further reinforced by this success’.
With this accreditation students and graduates of ECOHSAT can be confident that their qualifications are recognized across the country and reflect the highest standards of academic and professional preparation he added.
