Ekiti State Scholarship Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

Ekiti State Scholarship & Bursary Awards Application Form for 2025/2026 is Out. The scholarship is open to all indigenes of Ekiti State. The closing date to apply is Friday, 27th February, 2026.

This is to inform the general public, especially indigenes of Ekiti State that the scholarship and bursary application for the 2025/2026 academic session is on.

This is to inform the general public especially students of the higher institutions of learning that the Government of Ekiti State has graciously approved the commencement of full digitalization of Bursary/ Scholarship award for 2025/2026 Academic session from Undergraduate to post graduate levels.

Free Online Application forms for undergraduates, Polytechnic, Master’s Degree,Ph.D and Physically Challenged are now available to Prospective applicants at Ekiti State Scholarship Board, New Secretariat, Ado-Ekiti.

The Scholarship is open to the following category of students:

• Undergraduate
• Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Postgraduate 
• Physically Challenged

All applicants should apply online from Monday, 9th February, 2026 To Friday, 27th February, 2026..

Eligibility.

Scholarship Award

• Applicants must be in 2nd year/HND and above in their courses of study to be qualified for undergraduates Scholarship awards and must possess WASC/NECO with a minimum of five Credits including English Language and Mathematics at a sitting and minimum CGPA of 4.0 for University or the equivalent of a Second Class Upper Division, 3.50 for Polytechnics and 3.50 for NCE in their current institutions of study;
• Applicants for Masters Degree and PhD Scholarship Award must possess a minimum CGPA of 2nd Class Upper at Undergraduate level. A strong letter of recommendation from the University of Master Degree programme is an additional prerequisite for PhD Scholarship Award;
• Physically Challenged Students in Tertiary Institutions (NCE, ND, HND, and Degree Studies) are qualified for the Handicapped Scholarship Award:
• Students on Part-Time and Sandwich courses are NOT qualified for the Scholarship Awards.

Bursary Award:

All undergraduate, Polytechnic, NCE, School of Nursing and Colleges of health Technology students are eligible.

All prospective applicants are to submit their hard copy application form (5) on or before Friday, 27th February, 2026. Late Application Form(s) will not be accepted by the Board.
