Federal Poly Ado-Ekiti HND Form for the 2026/2027 academic session is out. The cost for the HND Full-Time form is N15,500. The closing date is om Tuesday, 21st July, 2026.

The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti Higher National Diploma (HND) Admission Form for the 2026/2027 Academic Session is Out.

FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC ADO HND ADMISSION – GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.

Candidates should possess:

  • National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the course/programme of choice and five (5) relevant credits including English Language and Mathematics at the SSCE/NECO or GCE O’Level. Candidates are advised to visit the Polytechnic Website (fedpolyado.edu.ng) to avail themselves of the requisite entry requirements for the National Diploma of each programme that make them prima-facie qualified for the HND programmes
  • a minimum of one year post ND cognate work experience (Industrial Training) in addition to 2.1. OR at least two (2) years post cognate work experience for candidates with pass grade in ND

HOW TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL POLY ADO HND ADMISSION FORM.

The cost for the HND Full-Time form is Fifteen Thousand , Five Hundred Naira Only (N15,500 ).

  1. Candidates should visit the Polytechnic students’ portal here or via http://www.students.fedpolyado.edu.ng/ to generate and print application payment invoice.
  2. After printing invoice, candidates can proceed to any bank of their choice with the invoice generated invoice and make payment on the Remita platform.
  3. Candidates can also make payment with their debit cards (Master Card, Visa Card and Verve Card) following the instructions on the invoice generation page.
  4. After payment, candidates should revisit the Polytechnic students’ portal here or via students.fedpolyado.edu.ng and fill the application form using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip). The invoice and RRR must be in the Candidates name.
  5. Candidates are adviced to read through their forms before submission.

Federal Poly Ado-Ekiti HND Aptitude Screens Test

This is to inform all the students that applied for admission into Higher National Diploma of Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti that the management hasn’t released the dates for the aptitude test.

NOTE: (1) All HND Moming, Evening and Part-Time applicants will be required to sit for an aptitude test. This will be in the form of a Computer Based Test (CBT) which is meant to test the basics of National Diploma Syllabi. The CBT would include Test of English, General Paper, and areas of ND Specialization.

EXAMINATION VENUE: Digital Library CBT, The Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti main campus.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EXAMINATION: We kindly request that applicants bring their HND Acknowledgement Slip with them to the Exam Venue. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

  • Applicants should also ensure that the transcripts of their Academic Records are forwarded directly by their former Institutions  to reach;

  • The Polytechnic is not bound to process the application forms of applicants whose:
    • transcripts are not received on due date or who submit them by hand;
    • forms are not properly completed and received after the closing date; 
    • National Diploma (ND) Statement of Result reads February 2024 or later, for applicants with grade of Lower Credit and above. (d) National Diploma (ND) Statement of Result reads February 2024 or later, for applicants with grade of Pass.
