Federal polytechnic, Idah bans wild celebration on sign out.

The Academic Board during its meeting held on Thursday, 31st August, 2023 observed with dismay the unacceptable manner in which students celebrate what is popularly referred to as “signing out”.
Consequently, I have been directed to remind all students that the ban on wild celebration is still in force. No student should indulge in pouring/throwing of water, beating of drum, blowing of trumpet, or any such unacceptable practice considered inimical to the peace and order of the Polytechnic.
The Management has taken appropriate measures to ensure that violators of this ban are brought to book. Be guided accordingly in order not to be on the negative side of the law.
