Federal Polytechnic Oko, OKO Poly Post UTME Screening Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session is Out. Cut-off mark is 100. The form cost N2,000.

This is to inform you that the Federal Polytechnic Oko Post UTME Form for the 2026/2027 Academic Session is Out. This is the ND full-time form.

NB: The above polytechnic is also popularly called Oko Poly.

FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC OKO POST UTME SCREENING ELIGIBILITY

The basic requirements for admission into the National Diploma Programme of courses applicant wish to pursue are, at least, (5) five credits in the O’Levels (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings. Only candidates who scored 100 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination are qualified to apply.

HOW TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL POLY OKO POST UTME SCREENING.

  • Go to Federal Poly Oko Website
  • Hover your mouse on Admission and click Online Application Forms.
  • In the Application Type, select “National Diploma – Regular”
  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the required column and click signin
  • On the Generate Payment Invoice page, fill in your details ACCURATELY and click the Submit button (NOTE: THIS INVOICE IS FREE OF CHARGE).
  • Select your payment mode: Make payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000) only using the generate Remita Retrieval Reference Number at any bank or simply pay with your bank ATM Card.
  • Return to the Polytechnic website (federalpolyoko.edu.ng) to complete and submit the Online Application Form. Please, review your information before submitting your application online.
  • Print your Acknowledgement Slip
  • Submit photocopies of your credentials to the Admissions Office (Federal Polytechnic, Oko) for verification.
  • Await response from the Polytechnic.

The following credentials will be required for the registration:

  1. Jamb Result
  2. O’Level Result
  3. Passport Photograph
  4. Local Government Identification Letter
  5. First School Leaving Certificate
  6.   Birth Certificate
  7.   Testimonial ( Primary Or Secondary)
