FUDMA Screening Date & Documents for Fresh Students 2025/2026

FUDutsinma announces screening of newly admitted students, 2025/2026.

This is to inform all newly admitted students that the 2025/2026 Academic Session screening and registration exercise has been scheduled to commence on Monday, 8th September, 2025, at Old ICT, Take-off Campus, Federal University Dutsin-Ma, by 9:00 am 4:00 pm daily

All successful candidates who have seen their names on the admission list should not e the following:

Any admitted candidate who did not accept his admission on JAMB profile, his name will not be on JAMB matriculation list and will be considered not admitted, neither will he be allowed for NYSC mobilization after graduation

You should access your JAMB profile and accept the admission offered, download and print the admission letter before coming to the University to start the registration exercise,

• All successful candidates who have seen their names on the admission list should note the following:

  • If you have not uploaded the O’ level results on the JAMB profile, you must do so otherwise, you cannot be able to access the JAMB admission letter and will not be allowed to register.
  • Any admitted candidate who did not accept his admission on JAMB profile, his name will not be on JAMB matriculation list and will be considered not admitted; neither will he be allowed for NYSC mobilization after graduation.
• PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF ADMISSION FOR UTME & DIRECT ENTRY (DE) CANDIDATES FOR THE 2025/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION
• Successful UTME candidates for the first list should check the University portal myportal.fudutsinma.edu.ng/ to re-confirm their admission status and the programmes of study for which they were admitted.
• Candidates are advised to study and note the specific Departmental subjects’ requirements before coming to the University to start registration.
• All candidates should note that the University requires Credit in English Language and Mathematics in all its programmes.

FUDMA Screening Documents

Candidates should come to the screening with the following:

• Original Credentials including certificates, statements of result, Date of birth etc
• Bank payment slip as evidence of payment
• Payment receipt from Bursary Department
• Photocopy of the printout of JAMB notification of result (UTME only)
• Photocopy of JAMB registration Slip (DE only)
