FUEZ Stern Warning on Staff Attitude to Work.

With reference to a letter dated 26 September, 2025, signed by the Head of SERVICOM Unit, Maimuna M. Daudu, the Management has expressed displeasure with staff negative attitude to work, which is affecting productivity and effective performance.

Consequently, the Management has issued a scathing warning against negative attitude to work, such as lateness, absenteeism, and abscondment, stressing that they could no longer be condoned.

Therefore, the Management has reiterated that staff should always be at their duty posts from Monday to Friday at the prescribed working hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. Any other internal arrangement has been suspended.

Henceforth, staff are urged to ensure full compliance to avoid being punished.
