FUTA Warns Against Inter-University Transfer Scam

The management of Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has warned the general public against the inter-university transfer scam ongoing on social media.

This notice serves to clarify misleading information circulating on social media platforms about inter-university transfers.

According to FUTA “Inter University Transfer : A New Scam in Town
FUTA is not processing any inter University Transfer to any departments within the University with huge sums of money.
And the University has not asked for payments of money for such bogus transfers.
Kindly ignore such information about such transfer and solicitation for money making the rounds on some social media platforms.
It is what it is: a bogus scam.
