Gombe State University, GSU Debunked Fake News On Summer Semester.

The attention of the University Management has been drawn to a circulating document claiming to be an official circular from the Academic Office, asking students to make a payment of twenty five thousand naira (N25,000.00) for a summer semester.
This is to categorically declare that no such circular has been issued by the University.
The University authorities are not planning to run summer semester nor has it requested any payment from students for such a programme.
Students are advised to disregard the information as fake and fraudulent and always rely on the University’s communication channels for information.
The School Management apologise for any inconveniences this fraudulent circular may have caused. We wish to assure our students that we are actively working to identify the source of the fake information and take proper action.
Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
