GSU Inter- University Transfer Form 2026 is Out [UPDATED]

Gombe State University (GSU) Intra/Inter Faculty & Inter- University Transfer Form 2026 is Out.

This is to notify all interested candidates that Application Forms for Inter University and Intra/Inter Faculty Transfer are available online at https://dhrd-gsu-edu.com/transfers

The Inter/Intra-Faculty Transfer application form attracts a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000.00), payable through the University payment platform.

Interested candidates are advised to obtain and complete the form within the stipulated period, as no application will be considered after the closing date. Also Candidates who successfully complete the form are required to forward their academic transcript directly to the Office of the Registrar via registrar@gsu.edu.ng or kanadi@gsu.edu.ng as soon as they complete filling the transfer form.

Please note that submission of the academic transcript is mandatory, and applications without transcripts will not be processed. All interested candidates are advised to comply strictly with this guidelines.

Guidelines for Application

All applications must be submitted online through the University Portal after successful payment.
Applications will be considered subject to vacancy and approval by the relevant Departments, Faculties, and the University Admission Committee where applicable.
Late applications will not be entertained

The portal will remain open from Wednesday, 25th February, 2026 to Monday, 9th March, 2026.

Note: There is no available space for transfer into MBBS, Nursing, and Law programmes. Students are therefore advised not to apply for these programmes.
